ตรวจสอบและยืนยันการชำระเงิน
ป้องกันการละเมิดและการใช้งานเกินสมควร

4. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Google สำหรับการเข้าสู่ระบบและการแปลงข้อความเป็นเสียง (Text to Speech)
Stripe สำหรับการชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต (เราไม่เก็บเลขบัตรของคุณ)

5. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล

เราเก็บข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการ ประวัติการใช้งานรายวันจะถูกตัดรอบเมื่อขึ้นวันใหม่ ข้อมูลบัญชีและการเติมเงินเก็บไว้ตราบที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานหรือตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

This policy explains how Voy collects, uses, and protects your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we do not store: the text you type and the audio we generate are never saved on the server. They are deleted right after generation.

1. Data controller

The AI Land (please fill in the registered company name, address, and registration number)

2. Data we collect

Email and name from the Google account you sign in with
Profile details you enter yourself (name, phone, photo) — all optional
Usage history (audio seconds, language, timestamp) to count your quota
Top-up records (amount, time, and any slip you attach)
IP address to prevent abuse such as creating many accounts to bypass quota

3. Purposes

Provide the voice service and verify your identity
Manage your daily free quota and paid credit
Verify payments
Prevent abuse and excessive use

4. Third-party processors

Google for sign-in and Text to Speech
Stripe for card payments (we never store your card number)

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed. Daily usage resets each new day. Account and top-up records are kept while your account is active or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at (please fill in the contact email)

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above and post it here.
